Areas of expertise include skill acquisition for adults and children, decreasing unwanted behaviors, facilitating job skills, social skills, and daily living skills, and increasing communication through functional communication. Christina Fedran, BCBA

Clinical Director

Christina has over ten years of experience in the field of ABA. She received her undergraduate degree from the UW-Oshkosh where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Music Minor. She later went on to earn a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked in homes, clinics, and schools with children between the ages of 18 months to 18 years. She is passionate about teaching and improving socially significant behaviors of those she works with to ensure a better quality of life for both her clients and their immediate community. In addition to clinical work, she supervises BCBA master’s students and has created an individualized training curriculum to ensure their success within the program and as they begin their early careers in the field. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with loved ones, walking with her dog, reading, and time in the sunshine.

Ashley Lehman, BCBA

Behavior Analyst

Ashley is new to TRIO Academy but has been in the ABA/special education field since 2016. Ashley grew up in northern Wisconsin with very little knowledge of resources available for mental or behavioral health. In school, she had a great relationship with her 3 classmates who were on the spectrum or had similar diagnoses. She was often a peer mentor for them and wanted this to be a career. This calling brought her to complete her bachelor’s in psychology from Lakeland University, a Master’s in ABA from Northern Michigan University, and then her BCBA in 2023. Ashley has worked in center-based and in-home based therapy, but she’s also worked within the schools as a special education paraprofessional and Special Education Teacher in a middle school EBD classroom working with high behavior students, as well as training group home staff who worked with cognitively disabled adults. She enjoys discovering the client's unique personalities and utilizing their strengths and passions to direct treatment goals. Meeting the clients where they are and helping them gain the skills as they work towards that "next step" is vital to her approach. Meeting the families/caregivers where they are is just as important to Ashley. She understands life happens, things get overwhelming at times and she wants families to know she will be there to support in whatever way she can. Ashley emphasizes a collaborative and trusting relationship with families/caregivers to create progress at the center and within the home. Outside of TRIO, Ashley is a big Wisconsin sports fan. Visiting friends and family, playing or coaching volleyball, traveling, baking, and exploring state parks are also top priorities.

Danni Delee

Behavior Treatment Therapist

Danni started her ABA journey at a clinic in her hometown of West Lafayette, Indiana. During that time, she earned an undergraduate degree of Child and Family Life in 2022 from Ball State University. During her time at Ball State, Danni volunteered with a non-profit organization that helped adults with autism work towards new artistic skills and abilities. Along with volunteer work, Danni also completed an internship during her time at Ball State at a live-in facility for children with autism and high-risk behaviors. Danni was excited to have found TRIO Academy after moving up to Wisconsin in August of 2024 with her boyfriend. She felt like it was the perfect place to be a part of this new journey.
